The company was established in 1983 and started PE coating on Kraft Paper. By the following few years, we put our endeavor on developing environment-friendly embossed film, and some of those products were introduced in about 1986.

In 1994, we developed the high quality transparent film, MPE transparent film and also co-extrusion surface protection film which can not only be used in protecting furniture, stationery but also variety used. By the year 1999, Top Laminater awarded ISO-9001 certification by SGS, and stepped into a stricter quality control area, and because of this, the very next year, we obtained the opportunity to cooperate with IKEA developing some new type environment-friendly EVA products directly manufacture from the material to final product.

We devoted into researching and innovation continuously, as well as owing to our 5 layers co-extrusion technology we developed the environment-friendly co-extrusion super transparent PEVA sheet and non-chloride super transparent sheet to replace the anti-environment PVC products from 2001. And in 2005, we awarded the National Prize of outstanding Small and Medium Enterprises which is so meaningful for our effort.
